The Trustees' strategy for intervention and support will vary depending on the needs and the circumstances of each region. Therefore, the Trustees won’t apply a unified approach to resolving educational challenges and meeting educational needs. This flexibility will enable the Foundation to tailor its interventions to meet the needs particular to each community it supports while maintaining on overarching vision for all areas of intervention guided by the Foundation’s values of professionalism, transparency, accountability, inclusivity and commitment.
The Foundation takes a comprehensive approach to improving access to quality education and the overall environment of education. Our Trustees strongly believe that children have the right to have access to a safe, respectful, inclusive, engaging and enriching education. The Trustees believe that a collaborative approach is required to achieve a more inclusive, equitable and good-quality education.
To improve educational achievements, the foundation works to identify the underlying factors affecting the children's educational achievements and their overall educational experience.
The Foundation actively looks for innovative educational projects that aim to support and enhance the education of children, youth and young adults from disadvantaged communities in engaging and creative ways. Our Trustees focus on supporting the most disadvantaged groups while ensuring that each intervention meets the Foundation’s impact and sustainability criteria.
As a grant-making organisation, we aspire to support innovative educational and training initiatives by providing financial support in the means of grants for projects and initiatives that further the Foundation’s objectives.
We value mutual collaboration and apply a partnership approach. We assist and advise partner organisations during the development of the projects to ensure comprehensive support, monitoring and evaluation are provided throughout the life the projects.
Foundation Trustees will actively seek to find potential partners organisation who share the Foundation's mission and values. The Foundation will seek to support organisations that are non-governmental, formally registered, well established, reputable and share the Foundation's values of professionalism, transparency, accountability, inclusivity and commitment.
The Foundation is always careful to avoid association or identification with any partisan, illegal or other behaviour which is incompatible with its strictly educational and charitable policy.
