The Teacher Creativity Center (TCC) is a non govermental not-for-profit Palestinian organisation established in 1995 in Ramallah, Palestine. TCC is committed to promoting the social outcomes of quality socially responsible education in Palestine and the MENA region. Socially-responsible education contributes to development and acquisition of knowledge and life skills needed to promote sustainable development and sustainable lifestyles, global citizenship, respect for Human Rights and International Law, a culture of peace and non-violence, appreciation of cultural diversity and mutual understanding, tolerance and friendship. Ajyal has established a partnership with the University of Birmingham on the Rights for Time research network consisting of multiple interdisciplinary projects across Kenya, Jordan, Lebanon, Palestine and Rwanda. The network aims to bring the hidden legacies of conflict directly into humanitarian protection, and human rights policy and practice. The University of Birmingham is a global university, it is also one of the original 'redbrick' universities and part of the prestigious Russell Group. The Islamic University of Gaza
Ajyal have established a partnership with the Islamic University of Gaza to implement the Sindyan Scholarship Programme. The Islamic University of Gaza is a public higher-education institution in the Gaza Strip. It is among the highest-ranking universities in Gaza, and it is officially recognised and supervised by the Palestinian Ministry of Education. The Islamic University of Gaza offers 120 different academic programmes leading to officially recognised higher education degrees such as pre-bachelor’s degrees, bachelor’s degrees, master degrees, and doctorate degrees in several areas of study. It is one of the largest universities in Gaza with more than 24,000 students.
